Position Information

ExpertGate is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time basis, working remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing initiatives, including managing web and social media content, executing search engine and social media marketing campaigns, generating leads, analyzing web analytics, and creating marketing strategies. This role requires adept management of both traditional and digital marketing techniques, with a keen understanding of global market trends.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that encompass both traditional and digital channels, leveraging global market insights to drive brand growth and expansion.

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals, targeting various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead generation (B2B & B2C).

Execute and monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

Collaborate with the Content Team and oversee the creation of compelling and impactful digital content, including articles, ad copy, web content, designed images, videos, and interactive content.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, sales, and product, to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all digital touchpoints.

Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels, monitoring budget allocation, ad performance, and ROI.

Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more.

Create captivating written content in English that conveys key messages effectively and contributes to the organization’s content strategy.

Implement lead nurturing strategies to cultivate relationships with potential customers throughout the sales funnel, optimizing conversion rates.

Explore and potentially implement marketing automation systems to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless integration between marketing efforts and sales operations.

Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and technology, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Report directly to the Head of Marketing using various tools and platforms, including emails, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.

Selection Criteria

Applicants must meet the technical and experience requirements outlined for this position. In addition to the general selection criteria:

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and brand growth.

Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and search engines.

Strong analytical skills to assess web analytics and campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with diverse audiences.

Test Task for Shortlisted Candidates

Selected candidates may be required to complete a task demonstrating their digital marketing skills, such as creating a digital marketing strategy or analyzing a sample campaign performance. Details of the test will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
