Key Responsibilities:
Lead or Contribute to R&D Projects: Take ownership or play a key role in high-impact R&D projects in Manufacturing and Engineering.
Develop Innovative Solutions: Design and implement experiments, conduct simulations, and analyse data to develop new technologies, methodologies, and products.
Collaboration: Collaborate with international experts, research teams, and industry partners to solve real-world challenges and push the boundaries of innovation.
Knowledge Sharing: Share your research findings through presentations, papers, or technical reports that contribute to the ExpertGate global knowledge base.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior researchers or engineers, nurturing a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements:
Expertise in Manufacturing (e.g., process optimisation, lean manufacturing, automation) or Engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial).
A PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in R&D roles within the industry.
Proven track record in leading or contributing to R&D projects, particularly in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using advanced research tools and methodologies.
A passion for pioneering new technologies and solving complex challenges.
Strong communication skills to present and share research findings effectively with diverse audiences.
Eligibility:
PhD in a relevant field, or
At least 10 years of experience in a research-related area.

Payment:
Payment for R&D roles will be determined by the nature and scope of the projects involved. Compensation is based on the level of contribution and the duration of the projects.
